Contacting the salon

Please contact the salon by phone (07 3260 6788 or 07 3398 5733). Our messages (Facebook, Instagram or emails) are not constantly monitored, and may be missed. If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  

Bookings and Cancellations  

With a large client base and a small team, it is important we know what to expect in our days. We ask that you give us 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Please confirm your appointments via text or call. Unfortunately, unconfirmed appointments could be cancelled.  

Visitors  

As we are a salon with limited space, and we aim to offer a relaxing and professional atmosphere, we kindly request only those receiving services be present in the service areas. We of course understand unexpected circumstances arise and you may have to bring a guest or a child. We will always offer them a comfortable chair and a warm drink, but it may not be close by to you.  

Complaint Policy 

We use the finest colours, and continually upskill our techniques to ensure an outstanding, professional results. To maintain these results, it is important that you treat your hair with care using professional products. During your consultation and appointment, your stylist will guide you with choosing the perfect ones for your style. We cannot guarantee lasting results if you use unsuitable hair products.  

We want you to LOVE your hair. In the event that you don’t please let us know within 7 days so we have the opportunity to work with you in creating your perfect locks. We will always have you in the salon to rectify any issues.
